Sarah Adeyemo just finished being a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Department of Soil and Crop Science in the School of Integrative Plant Science (SIPS) at Cornell University. Her research was conducted in Prof. Tim Setter’s lab studying the physiology of flowering in cassava (an African staple) to facilitate breeding for improved varieties. Currently providing administrative support for the Office of the Vice Provost for Research and the Office of the Vice Provost for Academic Integration. Sarah is a member of the Cornell BEST Program and also serves on its Advisory Board. She volunteers her spare time to support various efforts on campus, and is also an avid reader who loves cooking and singing.
