Olga Udartseva is a postdoc at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center. She is a member of the Gollnick Lab where she is working on understanding mechanisms of cancer evasion. Her primary research focuses on the interplay between stress and nuclear receptors and its role in immunosuppression. Along with research, Olga has been a president of APoDS (Association of Postdoctoral Scholars at Roswell Park) and a member of “500 Women Scientists” workgroup dedicated to making science open, inclusive, and accessible. She is passionate about community engagement with science and actively involved in K-12 outreach programs at School of Engineering and Applied Sciences (University at Buffalo). She works with Buffalo Museum of Science to spark a love of science in kids. In her free time, Olga enjoys traveling, hiking, drinking coffee, reading and playing board games.
