Madeleine Bee
Madeleine Bee is a fourth year PhD student in Food Science at Cornell University. Working with Dr. Gavin Sacks, her research has focused on the development of a novel volatile analysis technique, for measuring aroma in wine and grapes using ambient ionization mass spectrometry. She has been actively involved in GPWomeN, the Graduate and Professional Women’s Network, throughout her time at Cornell, creating a space for women’s empowerment and professional development across fields. Off campus, she is working towards her yoga teaching certification and loves cooking, baking, and traveling.
