Lauren Girouard-Hallam is a third year graduate student at University of Louisville in the Psychological and Brain Sciences’ Experimental Psychology program. She studies how 3-12 year old children think about and use novel technologies like Alexa and Google to scaffold their learning. When not asking tiny humans big questions about small robots, Lauren enjoys creating professional development programming for undergraduate students and participating in policy and advocacy through APA’s Science Student Council. Lauren was a ComSciCon ‘21 attendee, and she’s thrilled to bring her nerdy enthusiasm and Canva skills to the Logistics Committee!
