Katie Dagon
Graduate Student, Harvard, Earth and Planetary Sciences

Katie Dagon is a PhD student in Earth and Planetary Sciences at Harvard University. She studies climate impacts of geoengineering, or efforts to minimize global warming by cooling the planet. Her research uses observations and models to study how these changes affect climate and how the impacts compare to a world warmed by greenhouse gases. A graduate of Brown University, Katie has previously worked in environmental policy and energy technology in her home state of Connecticut. She is also interested in climate and energy policy, science communication and science education. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, traveling and live music.
