Diana Friedman serves as the Director of Communications at the New York Academy of Sciences, where she oversees communications strategy and planning, content development, and media relations. She also serves as the editor of The New York Academy of Sciences Magazine, a publication about the Academy’s activities and members.
Prior to joining the Academy, Diana served as an editor at a variety of healthcare-related magazines, including Regional Editor of ADVANCE for Nurses and Senior Associate Editor of Refractive Eyecare. She is the author of many published articles on healthcare- and science-related subjects. She received her BA in English from Boston College.
