Briley Lewis is a second-year graduate student and NSF Fellow at UCLA studying Astronomy & Astrophysics. She is interested in the complete “story” of exoplanets: how different kinds of planets form and evolve (possibly even evolving into something that can host life!), and how we can observe this process. Outside of research, she is passionate about teaching and public outreach, and spends her free time crafting and hiking with her rescue dog. Briley was an attendee at the 2019 ComSciCon Flagship and served on the organizing committee of the 2020 Flagship.
